Steven A. Saltz

Steven Saltz is a member of the firm’s Investment Services group.

He advises investment advisers on fund formation, offerings and their own regulatory compliance across domestic and offshore structures, including hedge, credit, private equity, venture capital and real estate funds. His experience representing both fund sponsors and institutional investors gives him a practical, commercial perspective on fund documentation and negotiations.

Prior to joining Vedder, Steven was investment counsel at a large public pension plan and an associate at two leading law firms focusing on private investment funds and investment management.
