Nate regularly collaborates with other firm colleagues to shepherd complex transactions from the initial negotiation stage through closing.

Serves as counsel to the Independent Trustees of a unique registered investment company managed by an asset management firm dedicated to delivering comprehensive outsourced chief investment officer services and private market solutions to endowments, foundations, and other charitable organizations.
