Previously Merisa worked at an AM100 and an AM200 law firm for over two decades, advancing through various roles including Diversity &amp; Inclusion Manager, and Diversity &amp; Inclusion Specialist where her contributions included supporting their Diversity &amp; Inclusion Committees through several task force and strategic plan iterations and leading the firms’ pipeline programs initiatives.
