Joseph M. Ferraro

Joseph Ferraro is a member of the Finance & Transactions group.

Joseph focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions, advising buyers, sellers, private equity sponsors, and management teams in a range of domestic and cross-border deals. His experience includes mergers and acquisitions, asset purchases and sales, and other strategic corporate transactions.

He also assists clients with entity formations, corporate governance matters, and the drafting and negotiation of key transaction documents.

While in law school, Joseph served as a Mediator for the Applied Mediation Clinic, where he developed practical experience in dispute resolution and client-focused problem solving.
