Advised a premium European fashion outlet on a complex right-to-erasure request from a former employee, advising on the legal obligations under data protection laws, assessing the scope of the request and implementing the necessary steps to ensure compliance while protecting the organization’s interests.

Assisted Harvey Nash in its corporate acquisition of the Knoldus Group. Our team advised on every step of this corporate acquisition, from reviewing the data room, advising the client through the due diligence report on matters arising, inputs into the sale and purchase documentation, all while coordinating advice from India and Canada. Terminations of high-level employees also needed to be undertaken and advised on. Following the acquisition, Jonathan has continued to assist with various matters arising from integration.
