When disputes escalate, Jack litigates aggressively to protect creditor interests. His experience includes prosecuting and defending fraudulent and preferential transfer actions, pursuing involuntary bankruptcy proceedings and receiverships, piercing corporate veils, and defending lenders in discharge proceedings. He also advises small and mid-sized businesses on out-of-court restructurings.
