Darren Chen, a Litigation associate, represents multinational corporations, financial stakeholders and individuals in complex commercial litigation, government investigations, and regulatory enforcement matters.
Darren develops litigation strategies and provides pragmatic counsel to clients navigating disputes in both state and federal courts. His clients appreciate his ability to provide thorough legal counsel while taking into consideration their non-legal objectives.
Darren’s practice includes defending commercial disputes involving breach of contract, trade secret misappropriation, civil RICO and other business claims. He also defends clients in government investigations, including against allegations of wire fraud and major fraud against the United States. Additionally, Darren advises on navigating regulatory requirements, including the U.S. sanctions regime and OFAC regulations.
His ability to manage complex disputes and regulations allows clients to assess risk, respond effectively, and move matters toward resolution.
