Dannielle represents companies and individuals in high-stakes civil disputes, including shareholder conflicts, contract disputes, employment and equity matters, data breach and fraud claims and executive separations. She advises clients through complex business tort matters, with extensive knowledge in family or estate dynamics.

An experienced litigator, Dannielle has handled cases through trial, arbitration and mediation, guiding clients toward practical, outcome-driven resolutions. She brings a strategic, steady approach to disputes involving departing executives, partners, and shareholders, helping clients protect value while navigating sensitive transitions.

Before joining the firm, Dannielle litigated a wide range of matters in California family and probate courts, giving her a distinctive perspective in disputes involving closely held businesses and personal dynamics. She partners closely with clients to provide clear, thoughtful and effective assistance towards the best resolution. Dannielle also serves as an adjunct professor at the University of California College of the Law San Francisco (formerly UC Hastings) in the Legal Research & Writing and Moot Court department and has coached Moot Court teams at the ABA National Appellate Advocacy Competition.
