Daniel C. McKay, II represents and counsels financial institutions and their officers, directors and shareholders in connection with mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings, corporate finance, corporate governance and regulatory and compliance matters.

Dan has held various management positions at Vedder, including Chair of the Corporate practice area, Chair of the Financial Institutions Group, as well as membership on the firm’s Board of Directors, Compensation Committee and Strategic Planning Committee.
