Andrew advises clients in the aviation sector on complex asset finance transactions. He works with banks, alternative lenders, lessors and international airlines to structure and execute aircraft sales, leases, financings and refinancings.

Recent experience has involved advising banks and lessor clients on secured and unsecured loans, aircraft portfolio sale and purchases, negotiating aircraft and engine leases to various airlines and ACMI operators, together with lease and loan amendments.
