Anastasia Katsea advises banks, lessors, equity investors and aviation industry participants on complex cross-border leasing, financing and portfolio transactions.

Her practice focuses on aviation and global transportation finance, with an emphasis on structuring and executing asset-backed transactions for aircraft and other high-value transportation assets.

Anastasia drafts and negotiates aircraft leases, sale and purchase agreements, and secured and structured financings, including JOLCO transactions, prepayment financings, and lease novations and restructurings. She manages transactions from initial structuring through closing and post-closing, working directly with lenders, operators and investors to align documentation and commercial terms across jurisdictions. Her experience includes large portfolio transactions and complex multi-party financings involving coordinated execution across international markets.

Anastasia works closely with clients and counterparties to address financing, operational and jurisdictional requirements, supporting efficient execution and transaction certainty. She has a detailed understanding of aircraft and engine financing structures, security packages, and the allocation of risk between stakeholders in transportation finance transactions that strengthens her ability to anticipate risks and deliver practical solutions.
