Vedder Represents ITE Management and CS Leasing in Acquisition of Triton International’s Tank Container Fleet

Vedder served as legal counsel to ITE Management L.P. (“ITE”) and its fund-managed platform, CS Leasing Holding PTE Ltd. (“CS Leasing”), in connection with CS Leasing’s acquisition of Triton International Limited’s (“Triton”) ISO tank container fleet. The transaction expands CS Leasing’s global portfolio to nearly 70,000 ISO tank containers and dry freight specials deployed across four continents, further strengthening the platform’s presence in Europe and across key global trade lanes.
