Vedder is pleased to share that it has been named to U.S. News & World Report’s “2026 Best Companies to Work For: Law Firms” in its latest ratings of U.S. firms as places to work.
The list recognizes the country’s top law firms to help employees and job seekers make decisions about companies that may be a good fit for them. It also evaluates how firms best meet the needs and expectations of their employees compared with their peers.
The list considers the quality of pay and benefits; work-life balance; job stability; physical and psychological comfort; belongingness; and opportunities for professional development when determining which firms are the “best.”
