Vedder Price is pleased to announce that it has advised ABANCA USA as lead lender and administrative agent of a credit facility with Key International Group for the refinancing of the Stanton Hotel South Beach. The 226-room upscale boutique oceanfront Art Deco hotel, owned by a group of Spanish investors and managed by Marriott International, was built in 1939. Proceeds of the loan will be utilized for renovations and updates to the property.
