Vedder is pleased to announce it advised Institute for Shipboard Education (ISE), the operator of Semester at Sea, on its long-term seasonal charter of the 777-passenger cruise vessel SIRENA from an affiliate of Ambassador Cruise Line Ltd. The vessel, which will be renamed AMBELLA, was purchased by Ambassador from Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings and is currently operating under the Oceania Cruises brand. ISE will charter AMBELLA for eight months of each year starting in the fall of 2028 for use as the new campus for Semester at Sea, the floating university program operated by ISE since 1963 and with over 73,000 alumni worldwide.
