Vedder represented the sellers in connection with Gordon Brothers’ acquisition of substantially all of the Keen business assets from Keen-Summit Capital Partners, thereby expanding Gordon Brothers real estate services platform. The transaction will enhance Gordon Brothers’ ability to provide comprehensive real estate solutions across the full lifecycle of a project.
