Litigation Shareholder S. Preston Ricardo will speak on a panel at the PLI Fundamentals of Noncompetes conference in New York City on Thursday, April 10, 2025.

This half-day program provides a foundational understanding of restrictive covenant law.&nbsp;Attendees will learn about the enforceability of noncompete agreements, the protections they can offer, and drafting and litigation tactics and strategies.&nbsp;The program is ideal for attorneys, HR professionals, and business leaders navigating this complex legal landscape.
