Junaid Zubairi to Share Perspective during Securities Enforcement Forum Central 2026

What’s one thing you expect to become a bigger issue in enforcement over the next 12 months? Government Investigations & White Collar Defense group Chair Junaid Zubairi answered, “The SEC is taking an ‘if you build it, they will come’ approach on accounting and disclosure investigations that have seen historical lows over the last several years. With dedicated resources now being devoted to this area with the new Financial Reporting and Accounting Unit, expect more investigations in this space."
