Global Transportation Finance Shareholders David Hernandez and Eddie Gross will be speakers at Corporate Jet Investor’s Aircraft Transaction Masterclass 2026 in London, July 1-2. The masterclass will cover all aspects involved with buying, selling and financing an aircraft.
David will be part of the session, “Buying and selling,” bringing together attorneys and brokers to talk through real deal documentation to identify key negotiation areas. Eddie will be a panelist for the session, “Legal considerations for aircraft debt and lease finance.” The session will discuss structuring loan and lease agreements, personal and corporate guarantees and aircraft mortgages and security assignments.
