Employment law continues to evolve at a rapid pace. Labor and Employment Shareholder Amy Bess will co-chair and Shareholder Cheryl Sabnis will present at PLI's Employment Law Institute 2026, a two-day program beginning October 5 that will examine key case law and regulatory developments, emerging issues such as AI in the workplace and the future of DEI initiatives and practical strategies to strengthen compliance, manage risk and support business objectives.
Amy will provide the opening remarks for the event alongside her co-chair. Cheryl will be part of the innovative panel, “Retaliation and Whistleblower Claims in 2026,” which will utilize a role play format to illustrate real life whistleblower challenges and explore best practices for preventing and managing retaliation and whistleblower claims.
