Vedder was founded in Chicago in March 1952 as Vedder, Price, Kaufman &amp; Kammholz, with seven partners, two associates and three administrative staff.  The firm provided legal services in corporate, securities, labor, employment and benefits, wealth and estate planning law

Vedder expanded by opening a second office in New York. Located steps away from Times Square, the New York office attorneys have a wealth of experience and knowledge across a variety of practice areas

The Washington D.C. office opened and continues to work diligently to accomplish goals for our clients, as well as for the community

London became Vedder Price’s first international office, opening in the City’s Moorgate Ward

Vedder launched its first West Coast Office in San Francisco, located in the heart of the Financial District
